Internal exercise · Working document · Not a final strategy

Ten territories for a premium activewear brand — and the names they might carry.

This atlas exists to make one decision easier: which brand territory a future high-end activewear and wellness-adjacent label should occupy. Read the territories, score them as a team, shortlist the strongest, then explore working names against the one that leads.

All scores in this tool are team assessment, entered by hand and editable at any time. All name suggestions are working exploration only — no legal, trademark, domain or availability checks have been done on any candidate.

How we are deciding

Five criteria, applied evenly

01

Activewear first

A territory only qualifies if it produces credible technical apparel and equipment before it produces a mood.

02

Distinct at a glance

It must be describable in one sentence that no incumbent premium activewear brand could claim.

03

Emotional pull

The territory needs a reason to be believed in, not only a reason to be bought.

04

Two-market fit

It has to work for US cultural breadth and Dubai's appetite for considered luxury at once.

05

Room to expand

The same idea must carry from apparel into objects, carry and footwear without stretching.

These criteria are expressed in the matrix as nine editable dimensions: Activewear Core Strength, Distinctiveness, Product Credibility, Emotional Pull, Fashion Potential, Lifestyle Expansion, US Fit, Dubai Fit, Brand Scalability.

Shared product foundation

Every territory has to build the same six things.

The product foundation is fixed. It is applied to each route as a working category translation, not as a source fact: the source documents describe territories, and we translate them into this assortment ourselves.

Bodycare, skincare, beauty, personal-care and fragrance categories are out of scope for every territory. Aromatherapy is the only permitted adjacent category.
